How to Print
Step 1: Add your printer
Go to Settings > Advanced > Print and scan > Printers and click Add printer. ChromeOS will search for printers on the same Wi-Fi network automatically; select yours from the list.
Step 2: Connect over USB (if needed)
If your printer doesn’t support Wi-Fi, connect it directly with a USB cable. ChromeOS detects most printers automatically and installs the needed driver without extra setup.
Step 3: Print a document
Open the file or page you want to print, press Ctrl + P, choose your printer from the destination list, adjust settings like copies or color, and click Print.
Step 4: Print to PDF instead
